Through that you will be able to have 24/7 access to a database with your actual Equipment and Software currently installed in your system. By means of a password that C&A would supply, you will have access to a restricted information only available to those to whom you share that password.

• MAINTENANCE PROGRAMS: We have in house qualified personnel that can assist you in developing or executing a good MP. Our goal is to maintain your system running.
• TRAINING: We can train your technicians to properly operate and maintain your equipment. We can conduct professional training both in the classroom and Hands on.
• INSTALLATION SUPERVISION: For your Material Handling Projects. We also have Installation Technicians that can also work with your teamwork and local Installation contractors.
• PROJECT MANAGEMENT with specific Project Management and Logistics group that will help you deliver the System as expected according to your demanding needs.
• 24/7 PHONE ASSISTANCE: We provide 24/7 assistance for the Warranty and Maintenance Programs active contracts.
• Online End User Assistance through a simple Registration form you can consult Technical information for your actual Equipment. During day shifts or in the middle of the night, they will promptly get information on how to conduct Trouble shooting procedures.
